10 minute light cardio
21-15-9 of air squats and burpees for time.
Start the clock,
21 Air Squats
15 Air Squats
9 Air Squats
Stop the clock and catch your breath.
This workout was rough as usual. I made the mistake of doing this in the evening right before I had a phone meeting and was breathing heavily into the phone for the first 5 minutes. Pretty funny but I guess that shows me that it is doing what it needs to.
If I ain’t sweating ad breathing hard, I ain’t doing it right.
