Well here is the day 2 workout.
Warm-up:
Run/Walk 10 minutes
Workout:
EVERY MINUTE ON THE MINUTE
Minute 1 – 30 Jumping Jacks
Minute 2 – 10 Burpees
Minute 3 – 30 Jumping Jacks
Minute 4 – 10 Sit Ups
Minute 5 – 30 Jumping Jacks
Minute 6 – 10 Air Squats
Minute 7 – 30 Jumping Jacks
Minute 8 – 10 Push Ups
Minute 9 – 30 Jumping Jacks
Minute 10 – 10 Squat Jumps
My journey:
Day 3 was the best day so far. I did the whole workout! It was hard but I felt better than ever! However, the evening came and sickness with it. This might mess up my progress going forward. Working out sick is not a good idea.
