Well here is the day 2 workout.
Warm-up:
Run/Walk 10 minutes
Workout:
4 rounds
30 second plank
10 push up (ALTERNATE THESE MOVEMENTS)
then 2 minute rest
then 4 rounds
30 second plank
10 push up
My journey:
Day 2 was rough. I didn’t quite make it to 8 rounds total. Stopped at 7. I recall 7 being the number of completion somewhere. 🙂 Ok, honestly I was just out of steam, and out of time before my day needed to shift into gear. If I had more time I would have just done that last round much slower and gotten it done.
