Here is the day 5 workout.
Warm-up:
Run/Walk 10 minutes
Workout:
3 rounds of [:50 seconds work, :10 seconds rest of each exercise below]
Burpees
Air Squats
Push-ups
Squat Jump
Walking LungeRest 1 minute in between sets
